Swift Current Rats September 4, 2009	It's an infestation some have only seen in their nightmares, but it's reality tonight in Swift Current. As their rat invasion continues the city is now fighting back. They're using large amounts of poison and have hired nearly a dozen pest control officers, hoping to put an end to a miserable summer, before the rodents migrate indoors for the winter. Reporter Kyle Bakx has the story from Swift Current.
Looming Election September 2, 2009	Just two weeks before the fall sitting of the House of Commons, and less than one year after voters took part in a federal election ----the possibility of Canadians returning to the polls is growing. Ballot boxes have had little rest in the past three years as citizens in Medicine Hat have marked their vote in federal elections twice, a provincial election once and a civic election too. Scott Cunningham caught up with those who may be called to the polling station to make their choice this fall, as well as the individuals who's names might be printed on the ticket.
Police Money September 2, 2009	With a soaring provincial deficit for this year -- could the axe fall on funding for police services throughout Alberta? Local authorities are asking that question -- as they prepare their upcoming 3 year budget. Reporter Kyle Bakx explains.
Ernst and Young Report September 1, 2009	After an evening of hearing from the public about their opinions on the future of the city-owned oil and gas business -- city aldermen now have a week to ponder their thoughts before making a decision. The Ernst and Young report makes 5 recommendations about changes that city should make regarding the energy division. But it appears it won't be a unanimous council vote -- on which recommendations will be approved. Reporter Kyle Bakx explains....
