Afghan Ants December 4, 2009	Local scientists have come up with a very unique idea on how to de-activate land mines. Researchers at DRDC Suffield say insects in Afghanistan, could be used to neutralize entire minefields . Sound far-fetched? Well as Jeremy Hunka reports an army of ants could one day be enlisted in the Canadian military--and they have video to prove it.
Hi Tech Greenhouse December 4, 2009	Finding locally grown produce year round in Medicine Hat grocery stores is closer than ever. One local green house is borrowing technology from as far away as the Netherlands, to make the term "buy local" something Hatters can realize 12 months of the year. Scott Cunningham has more.
Ice Rescue December 3, 2009	Walking on thin ice is far more than an expression to a handful of Medicine Hat fire fighters. The aquatic rescue team has performed over twenty ice rescues in the past five years in our region. Today Scott Cunningham got a glimpse of the sometimes heroic but always dangerous work these fire fighters do.
Disability Day December 3, 2009	Crestwood Elementary was bustling today, as the entire school took the morning off from classes for a real-life lesson in living with a disability. As Ina Sidhu reports, its the fourth year in a row a local organizing committee and dozens of volunteers have brought the celebration of "International Day of Persons with Disabilities" to a Medicine Hat school.
Fit Mom December 2, 2009	Pregnancy is a life-changing and memorable experience, but it can also be tough on a woman's body. As Ina Sidhu reports, a group in Medicine Hat is helping new and expectant moms sail though the journey by offering fitness and informative classes.

A deadly second wave of the pandemic in our province is what college officials say prompted the vaccination. But as Scott Cunningham found the one day clinic was doing far more than just immunizing Medicine Hats young adults.
Box Springs Expansion November 30 , 2009	To build or not to build. The plan to construct a new 100 million dollar arena and event centre hangs in the balance, as city council waits for more information before ruling. But as Scott Cunningham discovered --- the location for the state of the art facility may not be waiting to get things rolling, and in turn could make the decision a very easy one for local politicians.
